All orders are dispatched in Australia Post Satchel Bags.

Stocked Items : We aim to get orders out within 1 – 2 days.
Non Stocked Items : We appreciate your understanding that our products are handmade by a small team. If you order is not in stock we will contact you anddo our best to make the order within a few days to get it posted ASAP.

Australia Post advise standard delivery takes 2 – 6 business days depending on your region. Tracking details will be sent via email for your reference to track online at any time.

Freight Insurance

We highly recommend selecting travel insurance at checkout to ensure a smooth and stress-free process in the event your parcels are lost or damaged in transit. When you purchase optional freight insurance we will replace your complete order if something goes awry during transit.

For all international orders we automatically add the cost of tracking insurance to the postage fees at checkout
